Product Description: UAA crosslinker 1 hydrochloride is an amber codon used for non-canonical amino acids (ncAAs) incorporation. The ncAAs can be incorporated into proteins in vivo by making use of the promiscuous activity of certain wildtype and engineered aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases[1]. UAA crosslinker 1 (hydrochloride) is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
Applications: Cancer-programmed cell death
Formula: C9H18ClN5O4
