Nucleofection kits

Lonza’s Amaxa Nucleofector kits contain special transfection cuvettes, nucleofector reagents (buffer and supplement) and the control plasmid pmaxGFP. The buffer and its supplement are optimized specifically for respective primary cells. Nucleofector reagents provide the optimal environment for high transfection rates and cell viability, while preserving the physiological character and functions of the cells.
In addition, Lonza offers a wide range of expression vectors and transfection control kits. These include pmaxFP™ Green, Yellow and Red Fluorescent Protein, pmaxCloning ™ vector, for cloning a specific gene, siRNA Test Kit, for easy establishment of siRNA transfection experiments and Peptide Transfection Control, a fluorophore-tagged control peptide as positive control for the nucleofection of peptides.
