Description: This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture select BPS Bioscience cell lines.
Endotoxin Level: All components are low endotoxin
Format: Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
Formulation: BPS Growth Media is formulated through BPS Thaw Media combined with antibiotics for maintenance of selective markers in the stable cell line.Growth Medium 1F (BPS #79540): MEM medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% non-essential amino acids, 1 mM Na pyruvate, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin plus 100 µg/ml Hygromycin B.
Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. If frozen during shipping, please move to 4°C for storage. Protect from light. If the medium is warmed prior to use, do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
Supplied As: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free
