Description: This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture select BPS Bioscience cell lines.
Endotoxin Level: All components are low endotoxin
Format: Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
Formulation: BPS Growth Media is formulated through BPS Thaw Media combined with antibiotics for maintenance of selective markers in the stable cell line.Growth Medium 3D (BPS #79539): F-12K Medium (Kaighn's Modification of Ham's F-12 Medium) supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin plus 1 mg/ml Geneticin.
Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.
Supplied As: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free
Warnings: Do not freeze. Protect from light.
